Jamaat-e-Islami Hind is a socio-religious organization in India that aims to uphold a way of life based on submission to the will of God.
We are a pan-India organization with wide-ranging engagements that encompass spirituality, interfaith understanding, academic research, social development, education, policy advocacy, value-based politics, and an ethical, justice-based economy.
What We Do
We strive to convey the message of Islam to our fellow citizens and reconstruct society by nurturing individuals and reforming social and collective institutions.
Our message is addressed to all humanity, and we are committed to serving all people without discrimination. We endeavor to give voice to the marginalized and oppressed sections of society, while actively addressing the critical issues concerning minorities across India.
What We Stand For
We stand for noble universal values such as justice, equality, democracy, human rights, universal brotherhood, and communal harmony. We adhere to the highest standards of morality and ethics across all our programmes and initiatives.
We believe that the reformation and reconstruction of society is best achieved by shaping constructive public opinion through sincere dialogue, peaceful engagement, and intellectual discourse.
We believe that lasting solutions to our problems lie in conscious obedience to our Creator and Sustainer, following the way of life propounded by His divine revelation and demonstrated by His noble messengers.
The underlying and ultimate aim of all our endeavors is to seek the pleasure of Almighty God and attain eternal success in the Hereafter.
