Cancellation Policy for Jamaat-e-Islami Hind Events and Programs:

At Jamaat-e-Islami Hind, we strive to uphold the values of integrity, respect, and consideration in all our interactions, including event management. We understand that circumstances may arise that require individuals to cancel their participation in our events or programs. To ensure clarity and fairness for all participants, we have established the following cancellation policy:

  1. Cancellation Requests:

    • Participants who wish to cancel their registration for an event or program organized by Jamaat-e-Islami Hind must submit a cancellation request in writing. This request can be sent via email to the designated contact person for the event or program.
  2. Cancellation Deadlines:

    • The deadline for cancellation requests will be specified for each event or program and communicated to participants during the registration process.
    • Cancellation requests received after the specified deadline may not be eligible for a refund, and participants may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  3. Refund Policy:

    • Refunds for cancelled registrations will be processed based on the following criteria:
      • Cancellations made before the specified deadline: Participants will be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the event’s policy.
      • Cancellations made after the specified deadline: Refunds may not be provided, or participants may be subject to a cancellation fee.
    • Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original registration, unless otherwise specified.
  4. Exceptional Circumstances:

    • In cases of unforeseen circumstances, such as medical emergencies or unavoidable conflicts, participants may request special consideration for their cancellation. Such requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and decisions will be made at the discretion of Jamaat-e-Islami Hind’s event organizers.
  5. Transfer of Registration:

    • Participants who are unable to attend an event or program may request to transfer their registration to another individual, subject to approval by Jamaat-e-Islami Hind’s event organizers. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing and include the full details of the individual to whom the registration will be transferred.
  6. Policy Amendments:

    • Jamaat-e-Islami Hind reserves the right to amend or modify this cancellation policy at any time, without prior notice. Any changes to the policy will be communicated to participants via email or through other appropriate channels.

By registering for an event or program organized by Jamaat-e-Islami Hind, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the terms of this cancellation policy.
